Bianca Antonio of Antonio’s Baja Catch Receives March STAR Award

The Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Bianca Antonio of Antonio’s Baja Catch as the March STAR Award recipient.

Bianca was surprised with the recognition during one of the most meaningful caterings of the year at the Day Out Center. Each year, Antonio’s Baja Catch honors a heartfelt birthday promise by serving meals to seniors in the community at no cost. The tradition has become a special moment of connection, generosity, and care for the seniors who attend the center.

Bianca leads with heart and a genuine passion for serving others.

She speaks proudly about how important it is for her to give back to the community and ensure that every meal served is more than just food. For her, it is about creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every person she serves.

Even after recently losing their food truck in an accident, Bianca and her team never stopped showing up. With a simple table and tent, they continue to serve the community with the same dedication and spirit that defines their work.
