EL CENTRO, CA — The Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce (IVRCC), in partnership with Human Nexus Group, recently hosted its Leadership & Management Certificate Training, providing local professionals, managers, supervisors, and business leaders with practical tools to strengthen their leadership capabilities and enhance workplace effectiveness.

Facilitated by Viridiana Rosales-Trujillo, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Human Nexus Group, the two-session training focused on developing essential leadership competencies, including effective communication, team development, and strategies for managing across multiple generations in today's evolving workforce.
