Calipatria Businesses Connect with Their Regional Chamber

The Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce recently spent an evening in Calipatria meeting with local business owners and introducing them to the resources and opportunities available through their Regional Chamber.

The gathering followed the recent integration of the Calipatria Chamber of Commerce into IVRCC, an important step in expanding regional support while building a stronger connection with Calipatria’s business community.

During the evening, the IVRCC team shared more about the work of the Chamber, membership opportunities, upcoming events, business promotion, ribbon cuttings, and other resources available to help local businesses become more connected throughout the Imperial Valley.

For IVRCC, being in Calipatria in person was important. The integration is about more than expanding the Chamber’s footprint. It means making sure Calipatria businesses know who we are, what is available to them, and how to reach us when they are ready to get involved.

That connection is already continuing beyond the event. Businesses have scheduled follow-up meetings to learn more about becoming IVRCC members, while others are preparing to celebrate upcoming grand openings and special milestones with Chamber ribbon cutting ceremonies.
