Zadeh Performance Medical Center Celebrates Grand Opening in El Centro

The Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce was honored to celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Zadeh Performance Medical Center on July 16, 2026, welcoming a new physician-led healthcare practice dedicated to preventive medicine, longevity, and personalized patient care.

Located in El Centro, Zadeh Performance Medical Center was founded by Dr. Alidad Zadeh, a board-certified internal medicine physician who has served patients throughout the Imperial Valley for the past 13 years. After years of practicing traditional internal medicine, Dr. Zadeh recognized a recurring challenge: many patients sought medical attention only after chronic conditions had already developed. Inspired to shift healthcare from treatment to prevention, he established Zadeh Performance Medical Center to help patients stay healthier, stronger, and more active for years to come.

Unlike conventional medical practices, Zadeh Performance Medical Center is built around

objective measurement and individualized care. Every patient begins with comprehensive diagnostic testing designed to provide a detailed understanding of their current health before any recommendations are made. This physician-directed approach allows each care plan to be tailored specifically to the patient's needs, goals, and long-term wellness.

The practice offers a variety of specialized services, including physician-supervised performance and longevity medicine, advanced body composition analysis, metabolic and cardiorespiratory assessments, comprehensive laboratory testing, hormone and metabolic optimization, IV nutrient therapy, and regenerative recovery treatments. Each service is guided by evidence-based medicine and supported by measurable data to help patients make informed decisions about their health.

Historically, many residents have had to travel outside the region for specialized performance and longevity services. By opening this practice in El Centro, the team hopes to make those resources more accessible while contributing to the continued growth of healthcare opportunities within the Imperial Valley.

Supporting Dr. Zadeh is an experienced team that includes Dr. Farmand, Joseph, NP, Associate Medical Directors, nurses Savanah, Diana, and Sam, receptionist Audrey, and practice manager Jennifer, all working together to provide compassionate, personalized care for every patient.

As the practice looks toward the future, Dr. Zadeh continues to expand his vision of educating and empowering the community. One milestone he is especially proud of is the upcoming release of his book, Stronger for Longer: A Physician's Guide, expected in 2027, which reflects years of clinical experience and a commitment to helping people improve their long-term health.
