The Hound Haus Celebrates Grand Opening with Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting

The Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce was proud to celebrate the official ribbon cutting for The Hound Haus, welcoming one of the region's newest locally owned businesses dedicated to enhancing the health and happiness of dogs throughout the Imperial Valley.

Founded in 2026 by Bianca Antonio, The Hound Haus was born from a passion inspired by her 8 year old beagle, Hazel. After years of managing dog daycare facilities in San Diego and Arizona, Bianca combined her professional experience with her lifelong love for dogs to create a one of a kind space focused on structured exercise, enrichment, and overall canine wellness.

After years of planning, research, and conversations with local pet owners, her vision has officially become a reality.

Unlike a traditional daycare, The Hound Haus offers a membership based exercise and enrichment program designed to keep dogs mentally and physically engaged. Bianca describes it as "a dog gym," where dogs rotate through activities such as treadmill walking, agility courses, puzzle based mental enrichment, and other structured exercises, all within a fully indoor, climate controlled environment ideal for the Imperial Valley's warm summers.

In addition to enrichment services, members also have access to spa services including baths, teeth cleaning, and other wellness offerings designed to support every dog's overall health.

At the heart of The Hound Haus is a simple mission: to support the mind and body balance of every dog through purposeful exercise and enrichment.

Bianca also recognized the many people who helped make her dream possible, especially her sister and business advisor, Cami, along with the support of family and friends who encouraged her throughout the journey.

Although this marks the beginning of her business, Bianca shared that one of her proudest accomplishments has been persevering through every challenge to bring her dream to life.

"The Hound Haus was created after I saw a need for a different kind of dog care in the Imperial Valley. We are excited to be part of a community centered around happy, healthy, and balanced dogs. We're looking forward to providing an environment where each dog can thrive."
