KXO Radio is IVRCC’s Business of the Month for December and Celebrating 97 Years of Broadcasting Excellence!
The Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to honor KXO Radio not only as our December Business of the Month but also as they celebrate their incredible 97th anniversary! Since its founding in 1927, KXO has been a cornerstone of our community, delivering reliable news, entertainment, and emergency broadcasts. From covering local events and airing high school football games to hosting beloved programs like Let’s Talk About It, KXO is more than just a radio station—it’s a legacy that has enriched the Imperial Valley for nearly a century.
A special thank you to Betty Tucker of the Kiwanis Club of El Centro for organizing the wonderful initiative to surprise Carroll Buckley and the KXO team. We are also grateful to everyone who joined in making this milestone celebration truly special—and for helping us keep it a surprise!
